Provides a TCP efficiency score based upon dropped packets and retransmitted packets.  Supports drill down by application, internal, and external host.

TCP Health Monitoring

Displays the health of TCP Connections by showing Total TCP connections, number aborted, number ignored by the server, number refused by the server.  Supports drill down by application, internal and external host.

VOIP Mean Opinion Score (MOS) measurements

Provide network managers the ability to monitor and measure the user experience for voice applications.

Service Level Agreement (SLA) Monitoring

Displays the availability percentage, Latency, and Loss for a particular site/host.
